What we record

• What you search for. The broker name or MC number you type, when you searched it, and whether we held a record for it. We use this to see which brokers carriers actually look up, and to add the ones we are missing.
• Where the visit came from. Campaign tags in the link you clicked, the referring page, and the page you searched on.
• Your email, only if you give it. If you ask for an alert, we store the address, the broker you were looking at, and how you arrived.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or location to run a search, and we do not sell or rent any of this.

What we do with it

Search records tell us which brokers carriers are checking, and which outreach is working. If you gave an email, we use it to send the alert you asked for and occasional updates about the service. You can stop those emails from the link in any message, or by writing to info@carrierbrokercheck.com.

Broker authority, bond and insurance data comes from public federal records (FMCSA) and, where noted, from carriers who reported on a broker.

Your choices

Ask us to delete the search records tied to your visit, or to remove your email address, and we will. Write to info@carrierbrokercheck.com.
